Completed in July 2005, our luxury executive, four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, fully air conditioned villa, is set on a south-facing lot and has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard and comes fully-equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday. The furnishings have been individually chosen to make it a real home-away-from-home, the living room and all bedrooms have Cable TV. There is also a DVD player and CD/Radio player in the Living area. A Play Station 2 with a few games is available in one of the twin bedded rooms and a Boom Box for use around the pool.
For the Business person who needs to keep in touch with the office, High speed Fibre Optic and wireless Internet access is provided free of charge.
The Villa is professionally maintained inside and out by our management company who are on call 24 hours a day. All Towels and bed linen are provided. All utilities, cleaning, pool maintenance, gardener, free local telephone calls and Florida State Tax are also included.
In accordance with Florida State law, the villa is fitted with smoke alarms and emergency lighting. For families with young children we provide a pool safety fence and alarms to all doors and windows leading to the pool
The Villa is also covered by insurance and complies with all the regulations associated with short term letting.
Prices for the villa start from £400 per week; For the cooler months pool heating is available at an extra charge of £15 per day. (Minimum 5 days)
Access to the pool deck can be gained from the living area and master bedroom The luxurious, fully air-conditioned, smoke-free villa offers spacious accommodation for up to eight people. Outside, the south facing 30 x 15 larger than average pool with spa which may be heated when required, allows for maximum sunshine.
Surrounded by an extended sun deck with plenty of superb furniture, the area offers fun and relaxation for the whole family.
The pool is enclosed by a fine mesh screen, which allows the sun through but not the insects, flies, etc. For those who like to get out of the sun, there is the large lanai fitted with overhead fan.
